Vill man göra det enkelt för sig väljer man en prenumeration av sin favoritbox var 4:e eller 8:e vecka. Enkelt och smidigt.
Gårdssällskapet började med att enbart leverera nötkött, men nu levererar vi även fläsk och lammkött. Våra produkter är alltid närproducerade från KRAV-godkända gårdar. Alla djur har korta transporter till slakteriet, max 2 timmar. Efter slakt hängmöras köttet. Nötkött hängmöras i 7-10 dagar medan fläsk och lamm har något kortare hängtider. Därefter styckas det mörade köttet och packas i vakuumpaket, där mörningen fortsätter. Det vakuumförpackade köttet läggs sedan varsamt ned i våra köttlådor och vi levererar köttet hem till din dörr.
