SVAR: Man kan säga att ju mer otränad du är desto bättre fungerar powerwalk för att förbättra din nuvarande form. Jogging är nästa steg. Det är lagom hastighet när du är andfådd men fortfarande kan prata med personen som går bredvid dig. Att springa förbrukar givetvis mer energi under samma tidsperiod så varför inte prova intervallträning där du kombinerar de tre olika hastigheterna. I kombination med hälsosammare kosthållning får du givetvis ännu bättre resultat. Tänk på att löpning/jogging kan öka hungern så se upp med att äta mer mat om du har som mål att gå ner i vikt.
